Charlie Puth hits the studio with Andrew Watt

Charlie Puth has teamed up with fellow American singer/songwriter Andrew Watt for a new collaboration.

Alongside regular songwriting partners Ali Tamposi and Brian Lee, Watt has penned songs for DJ Snake & Justin Bieber (“Let Me Love You”), Rita Ora (“Girls”) and Kygo & Selena Gomez (“It Ain’t Me”).

Watt’s resume boasts additional works with fellow musicians including Skrillex, Jonny Coffer, BloodPop, Scott Effman, Josh Gudwin, Ben Billions, Sam Hook, Axident, Jason “Poo Bear” Boyd, Steve Angello, and Louis Bell.

His current EP “Ghost in My Head” is now available via iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon, Google Play, Tidal and all other digital streaming platforms.

Meanwhile, Puth’s upcoming sophomore album “Voice Notes” – featuring the Jacob “JKash” Kasher-assisted lead single “Attention” – will arrive later this year via Artist Partner Group / Atlantic Records.

The follow-up to 2016’s “Nine Track Mind” reportedly delivers further songwriting contributions from Babyface (Pink), Ross Golan (James Blunt), Ammar Malik (Zara Larsson), Eskeerdo (Rihanna), Sean Douglas (Thomas Rhett), Ilsey Juber (Beyonce) and Wayne Hector (Olly Murs).

Additionally, Puth co-wrote “Lips on You” for Maroon 5’s upcoming sixth album alongside Adam Levine, Jacob “JKash” Kasher and Julia Michaels, as well as “Bedroom Floor” for Liam Payne’s upcoming debut album alongside Kasher, Aaron Jennings, Noel Zancanella, and Steve Mac.
