Jennifer Hudson has hinted at a new collaboration with Babyface.

“It’s not every day you get to hang out with legends and icons like @la_reid and @babyface … Just chilling,” the actress and singer posted to Instagram.

Babyface recently co-wrote and produced songs for Zendaya (“Something New”), Foxes (“Scar”), Kat Graham (“Secrets”), Jordin Sparks (“They Don’t Give”), and Samantha Jade (“Shake That”).

Along with regular collaborator L.A. Reid, Babyface has helmed hit singles performed by Paula Abdul (“Knocked Out”), Karyn White (“Superwoman”), Pebbles (“Girlfriend”), and Sheena Easton (“The Lover in Me”).

Meanwhile, Hudson is expected to release her fourth studio collection later this year through Sony Music Entertainment / Epic Records.

As mentioned in earlier posts, executive production duties on the still-untitled project are collectively handled by L.A. Reid and Clive Davis.

Hudson’s previous studio collection, 2014’s “JHUD,” debuted at number ten on the US Billboard 200 Albums Chart and spawned singles “I Can’t Describe (The Way I Feel),” “Walk it Out,” “I Still Love You” and “It’s Your World.”
