John Newman premieres music video for new single “Come and Get It”

John Newman has premiered the music video for his new single online.

The British singer and songwriter posted the visual clip for “Come and Get It” to his Vevo channel on Monday (June 01, 2015).

“Come and Get It” was written by Newman and Greg Kurstin, whose recent credits include Years and Years’ “Shine” [Polydor], Jessie J’s “Flashlight” [Republic] and Kelly Clarkson’s “Heartbeat Song” [RCA].

The track also marks the first promotional cut from Newman’s upcoming sophomore album under Universal Music Group / Island Records.

His first studio collection, 2013’s “Tribute,” debuted at number one on the UK Albums Chart and spawned international hit single “Love Me Again.”

On the songwriting front, Newman recently co-wrote “Fire” for Jessie J [Republic Records] and “Stick with Me” for Olly Murs [Syco Music / Epic Records].
