Jojo recruits James Fauntleroy for third album

Jojo has recruited James Fauntleroy for her upcoming third album.

Fauntleroy previously co-wrote “Blow” by Beyonce [Columbia Records], “Dedicated” by Mariah Carey [Def Jam Recordings], “Just Different” by Teyana Taylor [G.O.O.D Music] and “To Love & Die” by Jhene Aiko [ARTium Records].

His extensive resume also includes works for Rihanna [Roc Nation], Ciara [Epic Records], Rita Ora [Columbia Records], Leona Lewis [Island Records], Elijah Blake [Def Jam Recordings] and Sinead Harnett [Virgin EMI Records].

Meanwhile, Jojo is expected to release her next studio album during the first quarter of 2015 via Warner Music Group / Atlantic Records.

The still-untitled project boasts further songwriting contributions from Marsha Ambrosius (RaVaughn, Elle Varner), Ina Wroldsen (Shakira, Britney Spears) and Diane Warren (Whitney Houston, Toni Braxton).

On the production front, the follow-up to 2006’s “The High Road” will yield collaborations with Da Internz (Usher, Sevyn Streeter), MNEK (Rudimental, Becky Hill) and Harmony Samuels (Jasmine Villegas, Ariana Grande).
