Sabina Ddumba drafts Tayla Parx for sophomore album

Sabina Ddumba has drafted Tayla Parx for her upcoming sophomore album.

The American singer/songwriter (born Taylor Parks) has co-penned songs for Mariah Carey (“Infinity”), Alicia Keys (“In Common”), Jojo (“Fuck Apologies”), Meghan Trainor (“Better”), Jennifer Lopez (“So Good”), Keyshia Cole (“Rick James”) and Jason Derulo (“Love Me Down”).

In addition to working on her own music project, Parx has also contributed to the next releases by Cassie, Ariana Grande, Christina Aguilera, Demi Lovato, Kesha, Fleur East, Mollie King, Stanaj, Diana Gordon, Alina Baraz, Majid Jordan, Hailee Steinfeld, Skip Marley, Tori Kelly, Georgia Ku, and Cameron Dallas.

Meanwhile, Ddumba is expected to release the follow-up to 2016’s “Homeward Bound” later this year via Warner Music Sweden.

The still-untitled project reportedly delivers additional alliances with Warren “Oak” Felder, Ilsey Juber, Mike “Scribz” Riley, Jenna Andrews, GRADES, Hayley Warner, Whitney Phillips, Shungudzo Kuyimba, and Grace Tither.
